What is your return & refund policy?

If your flowers wilt within 48 hours of delivery and you’ve followed our simple ‘Rosie flower Care Tips’ to look after them, take a photo of your flowers and email us at hello@rosieflowers.com.au or return them to us and we will supply you with new flowers. That’s our guarantee! 

We ask that you call us or email hello@rosieflowers.com.au within three days of the delivery date to discuss any queries related to your order. 

Returns and refunds will be treated on a case by case basis and will be at the discretion of our customer service team. All refunds for orders placed online or by phone are credited back to the original credit card or PayPal account on which the order was purchased. 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you would like to cancel your order you should give us a 12 hour notice. Rosie flowers guarantee your money back so long as the order has been cancelled 12 hours prior to the delivery. Orders that are already prepared and  dispatched, cannot be cancelled or refunded.

What payment methods are available?

For orders placed by phone, or online, we accept Paypal and all major credit cards; VISA, Mastercard and American Express. We assure that all online transactions are completely secure. Our website uses a safe payment gateway to encrypt all of your personal information.
