Flower delivery cost

Delivery fees start from $12.95. Charges are based on the time of ordering and the delivery location. The standard delivery fee applies to orders without specific time deliveries. 

For orders to be delivered in a specific time like a funeral or surprise, please contact us and we will advise on any additional fees that may occur.

Flower delivery areas

We are your local florist no matter where in the Sydney Region your orders are going. Please get in touch with us if you want to send flowers outside of our delivery areas.

Order cut off time

At Rosie flowers, we offer same day delivery Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. We guarantee same day delivery as long as the order is placed by 12pm. If you require a delivery on the same day later than cut off time, please call us to see if we can fulfil your order. Orders placed after 12pm will not be guaranteed for delivery to schools and businesses unless we confirm .

Delivery can occur anytime up to 7pm for residential addresses, up to 5pm for businesses, and delivery before 3pm to schools (see our terms and conditions). We can’t guaranteed the delivery time frame for standard delivery. Please note any orders placed after 1pm for our Same Day delivery service will incur additional delivery charges.

If the recipient is not home or office upon delivery

If there is a safe place to leave the delivery the courier will do so and will also leave a note at the door. If there is no safe place we will attempt to contact you or the recipient to receive further instructions. Should a re-delivery be required we will need to charge a re-delivery fee $30.

The driver will leave the delivery with reception, mailroom or co-worker if accepted. 

Incorrect delivery address

If an incorrect delivery address is provided, sorry we take no responsibility. If a product is returned due to the wrong delivery address, we can re-deliver but at an additional fee of $30 – this is to cover the cost for re-delivery and an administrative fee. If an order needs to be rearranged for re-delivery, the product will need to be paid in full again.

Delivery to unit/apartment

To ensure prompt delivery, please provide as much information as possible, including anything you may think is relevant, such as the flat number, the recipients phone number or instructions where to leave your flowers. 

Delivery to hospital

Please give us detailed information including ward number and recipient’s contact numbers. Check on if the patient is discharged from the hospital.

Delivery to office

For large businesses, it may be their policy for deliveries to be left with reception or at a mailroom to be passed on to the recipient. Due to being out of control, we are unable to take responsibility if the recipient is not given the gift by reception, the mailroom or a co-worker who accepted it on behalf of the recipient.
